Description
Assassin’s Creed Shadows brings the acclaimed open-world action-adventure to Nintendo Switch 2, taking players into 16th-century feudal Japan during a period of political unrest and conflict. Developed by Ubisoft Quebec and published by Ubisoft, the game follows two very different protagonists: Naoe, a stealth-focused shinobi, and Yasuke, a powerful samurai.
Switch between stealth and direct combat as you explore castles, villages, mountains, and countryside across a beautifully recreated Japanese world. Naoe uses agility, parkour, hidden weapons, and stealth to silently eliminate enemies, while Yasuke relies on strength, powerful weapons, and close-quarters combat. Dynamic weather, changing seasons, and a living environment affect exploration and gameplay, giving each mission multiple ways to approach your objectives.
Designed for Nintendo Switch 2, Assassin’s Creed Shadows delivers a cinematic samurai and shinobi experience with exploration, combat, stealth, character progression, and an engaging story set in one of the most iconic periods of Japanese history.
